Webtools is now PR 4

Today I am a happy lot.

After a wait of six months, Google has finally given this blog a PR rating of 4.

I have expected to get at least 2 or 3, but I must say, I myself was not expecting PR4.

But it is here, and I am happy.

I am Back

Ooh, I am back.

Visitors to this blog, off late, must be wondering where I had disappeared. In fact I had to change the city as my employer had given me another assignment. This had involved a lot of hassels but I had accepted it just because of better prospects and exposure.

Now, the things have started to settle and I hope to get back to blogging business gradually.

Thanks for the visitors of this blog for keeping visiting.

How to get yout blog approved by payperpost in 75 days

Hello............,

This is a notification letting you know that your PayPerPost blog, Webtools, has been approved and is now available.
You can now take opportunities and write about them on your blog.

I received this e-mail today from payperpost.

Today was the 75th day since I written my first post on this blog. Thus they have relaxed their condition of 90 days in my case. I always heard that they are a bit liberal in cases of good blogs, which are regularly updated. Seems like payperpost has liked by blog and so approved it. I am planning to take up few quick sponsored posts. Let's see how things shape up in future.

Important: Once I get a ping back from you (I promise to do the best I can), I will add your anchor text and the associated link you designate as “Host Tag” here, replacing one of the “ViralTags” from the matrix above. As more and more bloggers copy and paste this matrix, the more backlinks you will have with your anchor text. If everybody who copy and paste from your blog does the same, pretty soon this will spread and go viral. So, the sooner you participate, the more links with anchor text you will receive.

===== Copy and Paste from Above this line =====
If you have copied this matrix please leave a comment so that i can add you.
Thanks!

Temporary off

I just wanted to announce to the dear visitors and patrons of this blog that I am going on an important assignment for a few days and may not find enough time to pursue my newly found passion, i.e. create content for this blog.

Please bear with me.

How to write 51 posts in 31 days

Ooh, How pleasing.

This blog yesterday turned one month old.

And I was able to produce 50 posts in this period. Two milestones in one day, .......wow!!

This has really been a wonderful journey. First few days were devoted to template, next few on gathering resources and collecting feeds. I have only recently been able to concentrate on content.

Site stats: (they are encouraging for me)

• Technorati Rank of 1,17,159 (Authority 42) from 30,00,000 something
• Alexa Rank of 12,21,267 from a freighting 50,00,000 something

In this period I have come across several blogs, some outstanding, some huge, some novices, some techies, all sorts of them. And really have learnt a lot from them. Thanks all of them.

Where do you keep your Mobile

Where do you keep your mobile ? In your front pocket, hip-pocket, belt pouch or bag ?

There has been an interesting study, for NOKIA, on this issue. The key findings are...

• 60% of men keep it in their front-right trouser pocket.
• 61% of women carry it in a bag…and therefore miss many calls and messages!
• With increase in age, men shift it from pockets to belt pouches

Complete Story.

However, if women don't want to miss calls and messages, just because the mobile is in their purse or bag, they can pick one beautiful trinkets (from a series provided by PhoneFlasher, sample below),

which will clip to the outside of their purse and whenever a call or text message comes in, the PhoneFlasher wirelessly picks up the signal and puts on a mini light show.

Today's Blog Review: Techlivez.com

Shashank, nicknamed as the Irresistible guy at Techlivez.com, has started an experiment in which he proposes to give away free backlink to anybody who reviews his blog.

As a new blogger, although i don't fulfill his condition of one month old blog, buthave decided to write few lines.

Techlivez.com, the blog at which Shashank scribes, is just about 3 months old. The first post was written on Feb. 2 this year and Techlivez has already grabbed a PageRank of 5. This is really a remarkable achievement.

In this journey of about 3 months, Shashank has authored about 125 posts (average 1.3 per day), which is a decent one. Most of his posts are about latest technology news and future technology updates. One remarkable point to note about his blog is his tremendous improvement in writing style and content selection over time. If you look at his earlier day posts, they look like a StumbleUpon product. You will not find a definite direction or purpose. But now, it is vastly improved.

I wouldn't say that it is a must for everyone to subscribe, but definitely worth consideration as I myself am one of the subscribers.
